OFFICIAL RULES FOR COLLEXPO'S 'REGISTER & WIN CARDS' SWEEPSTAKES
Eligibility. Open to all U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry except for Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories. Employees of Collexpo (the " Sponsor") and its/their respective retailers, distributors, dealers and suppliers and the immediate families (Spouse, Parents, Children and Siblings and their respective Spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related are ineligible to enter or win a prize.
How to Enter. No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must register for a new account on www.collexpo.com and follow the directions in creating a new account. In order to have a completed account, an individuals name and a valid email address must be entered. Please note if you already have an account with Collexpo prior to the Sweepstakes start date, then you will be automatically entered to win. Registration with Collexpo is free and the website is owned and operated by Collexpo LLC. By registering with Collexpo you are providing your personal information and are subject to Collexpo's Terms and Privacy Policy.
Limit one (1) account per person/household/email address for this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who creates multiple accounts and all accounts created are the exclusive property of Sponsor. Any submission of robotic, automatic or programmed account or any accounts submitted by agencies, other third parties, or through other unapproved methods are void. All questions or concerns regarding this Sweepstakes should be emailed to contest@collexpo.com. Promotion Period. Sweepstakes begins 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) March 3, 2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. EST March 27, 2009
Winner Selection and Notification. The odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible accounts created. A random drawing will take place on or about April 1, 2009. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by e-mail shortly after, and, if a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the Sponsor's first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn at random.
Prizes.
First Prize The winner will receive a his/her choice of two (2) cards from the cards available in the sweepstakes. The value of this prize depends on market conditions for the chosen cards on the notification date.
Second Prize The second prize winner will receive his/her choice of two (2) cards from the remaining 4 cards available in the sweepstakes. The value of this prize depends on market conditions for the chosen cards on the notification date.
Third Prize The third prize winner will receive the remaining two cards from those available in the sweepstakes. The value of this prize depends on market conditions for the chosen cards on the notification date.
The estimated grand total value of Sweepstakes prizes is $200.00, though this estimate is highly dependent on market conditions for the prize items. All prizes will be mailed to U.S. mailing address provided by the winners. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
General Conditions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person, account, or e-mail address that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any terms contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to defraud the sweepstakes by use of robotic, automatic or programmed entries or any entries submitted by agencies, other third parties, or through other unapproved methods. All accounts created become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor and its licensors and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, and assigns (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out participation in the Sweepstakes including (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible accounts; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result from participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of the Sweepstakes.
Winners List. A winner list will be posted on http://www.collexpo.com/winners.php after all winners eligibility has been confirmed and prizes have been received.
