1. All listings must be completed using the Collexpo transaction system. Violators will be banned from Collexpo. This rule also ensures that both buyer and seller are bound by all terms and conditions of using Collexpo, including those listed below.
2. By listing an item for sale, the seller is entering a contract to deliver that item, as described to the listing winner (buyer) upon payment in full.
3. The seller is responsible for providing accurate descriptions of the item, and delivering the item as described.
4. No profanity or slanderous material
5. The seller is responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes.
6. Both buyer and seller must adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and statutes, including all regulations for shipping items across state lines (when applicable).
7. Listings may not include information intended only to advertise other products or services (also known as keyword spamming) or solicit direct offers for merchandise other than that advertised by the listing.
8. Listings may not include links to non-Collexpo pages.
9. Listings may in include offers for free goods and services.
10. Listings must be items that are relevant to the Collexpo marketplace in which they are placed.
When violations of these listing rules occur, Collexpo will most often end a listing and notify both seller and potential buyers. In such a circumstance, sellers will forfeit all listing fees.
